  • Hamilton Artists Inc: In the gallery’s highlighted display, titled “Mullyanne Nîmito amiskwaciy-wâskahikan,” artist Mullyanne Nîmito explores profound themes such as Nehiyaw alienation, protection, healing through movement, ancestral wisdom, traditional practices, and the Nehiyaw fashion.

  • The Art Gallery of Hamilton: The gallery is currently showcasing the work of RBC Artist in Residence Melissa General. Her latest collection revolves around her identity as a Mohawk artist from Six Nations of the Grand River Territory. Melissa’s artistic focus centers on her homeland, exploring themes of memory, language, and the significance of the land.

  • Erland Lee Museum: The museum, established in 1897 as an international organization to advance the education of isolated rural women, welcomes visitors for walk-in tours on Fridays and Saturdays between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm and by appointment on any other day.

  • Dundurn Castle: Formerly a significant trade site for the Mississaugas and a fortified military camp, transformed into the lavish residence of Sir Allan MacNab, one of Canada’s early premiers.
